i have 6 straight line bug bites on my left leg. i'm not sure what kind of bug is that. it looks a pimple and too painful when i touch it. ?

Bed bugs: Bed bugs strike in linear streaks and cause a lot of itching.  It is usually not painful.  Spider bites could cause more pain but usually they don't cause that many bites in a row.  I'm betting on bed bugs and recommend you check you bed for small black insects.  You may see blood marks on your sheets too where the bugs were squashed as you slept.  If anyone shared your bed they may have it too.

Newborn rash: If your baby is a newborn, then it's most likely the common newborn rash erythema toxicum. The rash should clear on its own. No treatment is needed. However, there are similar looking rashes that do need medical attention, so check with your baby's doctor.

i have bug bites on my legs, i got them specifically at night. they're a light red circle and in the center is a tiny pimple (white or green). they were a little itchy. what bug can this be???

: Mosquitoes are one possible cause, but if the bites look like a target sign, discuss Lyme testing and treatment. Watch for headache, fever and dizziness. Application of Caladryl lotion is often effective in relieving symptoms of itching.

Need to see derm-: atologist for culture of lesion to rule out staph, and other infections, as well as bite reactions, and folliculitis hope that helps

? fire ants : Fire ants bites cause burning pain and in some individuals may lead 2 a severe allergic reaction, mainly present in southern us, another possibility inflammation of the hair follicles mis-interpreted as insect bites.

isopropyl alcohol irritated my sensitive skin. i used an acne treatment that had 91% in it and made my two pimples look like big discolored bug bites!?

Irritant reaaction: Although isopropyl alcohol is an excellent agent as an antibacterial, it is very drying because of its high alchol content.  Care must be taken in its use on skin.

does a spider bite look like a regular pimple on my leg?

It can.: But it doesn't have to.  When patients come in with "spider bites", basically pimples that keep getting larger, they tend to be staph infections/abscesses.  Bottom line: don't try to pop or pick it.  If it's getting bigger or really painful, see a doctor b/c it could be the beginning of an abscess.

Red spots: Hard to tell without examining the rash, i suggest you get the opinion of your pediatrician

Unwarrented assumpti: You assume they are due to insects. Did you see insects? Does anyone else have something similar? Any exposure to animals? Probably it is something else. You may need to consult a physician, preferably a dermatologist. No spider ever causes what you seem to describe.
