Not enough informati: Insect bites are not helped by antibiotics. You do not indicate if there is pain or fever. Best to notify the DR who gave you the antibiotic.

Get it checked out: i would recommend getting it checked out by your doctor or a walk-in clinic/ER - first thing tomorrow....could be an early infection that should be seen and treated quickly

Doubtful: I suspect you scratched the bite (maybe in your sleep) and have serum oozing out. You could have a minor staph infection. Wash it with warm soapy water, apply antibiotic ointment and a bandaid and watch it closely for increasing redness, red streaks and increasing pain. If those things happen you may need an antibiotic.

Get Immediate Care: You could be having what is known as mrsa. It frequently looks like a spider bite and left untreated can spread through your blood stream quickly and become life-threatening.  There are antibiotics that can treat it and you need to be on them immediately.

Could be..: It's possible it's a bug bite- do you remember being bit? More likely you have some kind of infection if it is oozing. If it is painful, red, warm to touch it is most likely a skin infection. Oozing white or yellowish liquid  also points to infection. Go have your doctor take a look at it and determine what treatment you need.
