Otitis media: Your symptoms are consistent with acute otitis media. See your primary care doctor for exam and treatment. Most likely it 'll resolve with proper treatment.

pressure in ear hurts really bad making side of tongue hurt when i burp it feels like an air bubble passes through but hurts when it reaches inner ear?

Exam needed: It's very important to have your ear examined by your physician or an otolaryngologist as there may be a middle ear infection causing your discomfort. A blocked eustachian tube in the back of your nasal passage is another possibility.

currently suffering nausea/vomiting. foamy saliva. stomach feels bubbly (have to burp to stop from vomiting). slight ear pressure. occasional pain.

ER/UC-now: Please go directly to your local ER or UC clinic. You may have gastric , pancreatic or gallbladder disease: all of which require examination, diagnostic blood and ultrasound imaging. You  need medication to calm down your stomach and to treat nausea and vomiting. If you are a sexually active woman and having unprotected intercourse: get checked for pregnancy. Symptoms cannot be diagnosed online.

Not to worry: Your "cold" is still recovering, and the fluid in your eustachian tube is making noise.  It should pass shortly.  If not, see your doctor.

Don't worry: Nothing to worry about.  It is not related to trauma.  If anything, you have a little nasopharyngeal congestion.  Try a decongestant.

Patent Eustachian Tu: Somehow you are holding your breath when you belch - you can't have pressure in your ears if your mouth is open. 
Not sure what you mean by swishing.

Eustachian Tube: You may have a blockage in the Eustachian tube - this is opening in the back of your throat to equalize pressure in the middle ear. You may be getting acid reflux affecting this area. Clear.ease Lozenges (www.grossan.com) are enzymes to reduce swelling; taken one 4x a day helps to reduce swelling at the opening.

Eustachian tube: Dysfunction is a distinct possibility among others. Keeping a log of associated symptoms, such as congestion, allergies, hearing issues should only help. Make sure you mention it to your doc at earliest convenience.

Sinus infection like: You have sinuses behind your ears.  Your ear nose and throat are all connected.   If your symptoms persist for longer than a week, you made need antibiotics and flonase.

Bubble: I'm not sure what you mean by "bubble". If it's a soap bubble. It should dissipate on it's own. You may want to try an over the counter ear irrigation system from a pharmacy. If its actually a small object, you're have to see an ENT doc to have it removed.
