i have a tiny clear bubble on the waterline of my top eyelid. any suggestions as to what it might be? please help!

??: Not sure what waterline is on top of eyelid.  If you are describing a tiny bubble on surface of your eyelid, it could be a cyst--and there's several different type, or an infectious lesion--also different types.  More specific question  with more appropriate terminology would be helpful.

Secretion: This tiny bleb of fluid likely is secretion from an eyelid oil gland of Meibum. The secretion is oil based and when healthy, it is relatively clear. When unhealthy, the secretion is pasty. As long as you're eyelids otherwise look "normal", I would not worry about it.

Inclusions: The most common type of bubble like growths on the inside of the eyelid are inclusion cysts, or essentially balloon-like growths related to tear producing glands.  They may also have white or yellow protein debris inside. They are generally harmless and don't need treatment.

i think i have a chilazion under my eyelid. i lifted up my eyelid and the infection bubble burst and pus/hard stuff came out. what do i do now? meds?

Chalazion: Once a sty or chalazion opens, keep up lid hygiene (warm compresses, cleaning with diluted baby shampoo or tea tree oil: see eyedoc2020@blogspot.com for details) to keep meibomian glands open &amp; unclogged. If suspect infection (redness on skin or pain) video consult MD for Rx for Erythromycin or Tobradex (tobramycin and dexamethasone) ointment.

i have a stye on lower eyelid. now there is a red bump that looks like a bubble. no pus. hurts?

: Prob beginning of infected cyst. Suggest seeing either your dermatologist or eye doc for eval and possible treatment. Good idea to soak or compress area with warm water before seeing the doc.

i have had a stye since monday - small on inner lower eyelid. now there is another growth. there is a med size red bump above eyelid. it looks like a bubble. pain when touched. neither growths have pus?

: They both could be styes or chalazions; both are blocked glands, that are not initial infections, but can become infected. Recommend warm compresses several times/day and if increasing redness, swelling, pain, fever, or they don’t resolve or they get worse, please see your doctor for an examination to be sure of the diagnosis and see if other treatment is needed.

bubbling or bulging of a clear film on my sclera when i move my eyes side to side. also, there's yellowish brown discoloration around iris that seems to be moveable as well under lower eyelid too?

Causes of chemosis: Bruce, It looks like you have some fluid that accumulated under the conjunctiva (the clear film covering your sclera) and this is called chemosis. It can be clear, pinkish or yellowish.  
Is it on both sides? 
How long has it been there and what were you doing when it started?
Is it painful? 
Have you tried using artificial tears?
There are many things that cause this, need more info.

If its on the eyelid: They could be cysts, though they would be painless.  Could be styes, which are certainly painful. Try warm compresses of at least ten minutes followed by lid massages.

Could be a cyst: A cyst occurs when a small break in the superficial layer of the conjunctiva happens and it heals in such a way where it causes a cyst. It needs to be removed to be cured. Draining is only temporary.

Pinguecula: This is likely a pinquecula which is a benign pink to yellow elevation on the white part of the eye near the colored part.  It is caused by sun exposure.  Wear a hat or glasses to keep it from getting worse.
