i'm getting a bubble noise in my ear like iv got shampoo in it but i haven't what do i do?

Noise in ear: hello ~ you well may have some wax, water, or soap or shampoo in the external ear canal and this can be washed out in the doctors office. If someone looks and says the ext canal is clear then this is due to some fluid or air you pushed into middle ear with Valsalva and these usually are not serious and self correct in a day or so. See ENT if it does not thanks

audible bubble/pop noise in ears and throat/esophagus for the past few weeks. saw ent he didn't say much. i suffer from tinnitus and gerd and my gerd is bad right now and my scope was good except it showed cobblestone throat& lpr. can gerd cause this?

: Laryngopharyngeal reflux is different from gerd. Sometimes gerd type measures and treatment help symptoms, but in my experience 
they usually don't.  You could get a second opinion at a department of otolaryngology at a university hospital near you.

Bubble: I'm not sure what you mean by "bubble". If it's a soap bubble. It should dissipate on it's own. You may want to try an over the counter ear irrigation system from a pharmacy. If its actually a small object, you're have to see an ENT doc to have it removed.

Viral Illnesses: Time, rest and patience. There is no medication that can get past the ear drum into the inner ear where fluid is back up and possibly irritated with an infection. Most ear infections are viral in nature and thus only time will heal them.

Need to be seen: It could be a small hemangioma(beningn lesion from blood vessels), granuloma which may bleed easily on touch and few other conditions  and patient needs to be seen by a dermatologist/pediatrician.

Ear bubble: Greetings, this sounds like you have a Eustachian tube blockage. It can come on suddenly with a head cold, allergy flair or with atmospheric pressure change like ascending or descending in an airplane. I recommend afrin nasal spray as directed for 5 days. If no improvements, see your ENT doctor. Good Luck.

Bubbles everywhere: So, bubbles from hydrogen peroxide are a normal occurrence, even in the ear canal.  All this really means is that you likely have some bacteria in the ear, but this is also normal - that is what the cerumen (ear wax) is there for is to capture bacteria and get rid of it.  If you aren't having any pain, and nothing is visible in the ear canal, likely nothing is wrong.  Good luck to you!

Tricky: this would require an actual examination to say what is going on  but infalmmation, fluid, allergy, viral infection or an actual real ear infection are all quite oommon as causes of this.
