Be seen: Sometimes fractures can bleed and that can potentially track to other areas of the leg and cause pain and swelling, so it may be "normal".  But because having a fracture puts you at increased risk for blood clot, I would let your doctor know immediately and see if further work up such as a Doppler ultrasound needs to be done.

23 years old. i have o negative blood. i have noticed unexplained bruising on my arms , it disappears then i have notice major bruising on calf muscle?

Unexplained Bruising: Any bleeding disorder you or your family member? Need to check out that as well as platlet counts.

Calf Swelling: Please measure your calf and compare to the one not affected. If you have redness, or a feeling that the calf is quite hot go to the er. If you have any shortness of breath or any chest pain please go to the er.

Venous Thrombosis: Venous and arterial ultrasound, because both vascular systems may be compromised by the injury you sustained.

Unlikely: Primary bone cancer is quite rare.  Even if you had metastatic cancer to the leg, you would be expected to have significant bony pain long before there would be any soft tissue involvement such as bruising.  If you have frequent bruising, see a physician for evaluation of a bleeding disorder.

Prob no, but see Dr: Dvt concerns are within the (deep) veins, so at least it is not likely that. Best guess would be ruptured baker's cyst (from "behind" knee) with blood running downward by gravity. Should be examined by your dr or urgent care dr.

Could be serious: There are many things that can cause skin bruising and the other symptoms you are describing. Have a doctor check it out.
