Mongolian spots: No these are benign, congenital spots. They pose no threat to your baby. They tend to persist throughout the first years of childhood and disappear by adolescence (teens).

Could be the diaper: Diapers and snugly fit clothing can often make a "mark". If it does not go away with loose garmenting or if there are other symptoms call your pediatrician.

Possibly : Swaddling even when tight generally does not cause bruising. It may be the diapers (too tight or allergic reaction), clothing, or a normal newborn rash called erythema toxicum. These should spontaneously resolve. If you notice more bruising or if they don't resolve as expected go see your pediatrician.

Two not related: D-tga is not, to my knowledge, associated with syndromes that cause macrosomia. The d-tga is more likely to be isolated, with a separate, hopefully identifiable cause for the macrosomia (?Beckwith-wiedeman? Sotos syndrome?).

Many reasons: There are many reasons for a fussy newborn.  Colic starts about a month of age, esophageal reflux can cause this, sometimes they are just fussy.  However, there can be some very concerning reasons such as an infection.  It is best to see your doctor about this..

High if UR on drugs: Morphine, cocaine, heroin, methadone, certain seizure meds when taken late in pregnancy. Recreational use of any of first three if & when woman knows she is pregnant constitutes serious abuse of the unborn child. My bias is that such children should immediately be made wards of state, mothers must enter compulsory detox & agree to implantation of an iud & be drug tested clean for at least 1 year!

Trauma: Bruises after an injury are expected.  Without trauma or an injury the appearance of bruising is unusual and could be related to the use of blood thinners. A visit to the doctor if uncertain is recommended.

Yes: Most bruises are due to leakage from damaged veins when they are struck or crushed.  A blow sufficient to damage a vein is likely to cause leakage which would be interpreted as a bruise.
