See your PCP: You will need some tests. Your pcp can guide you after examination. A vascular surgeon and a neurological consultations may be needed.

Question: Not sure what the question is going on here.  I would suggest a primary care visit followed by a vascular surgeon ; podiatrist for eval to help calm down your painful lower extremities.

Many possibilities: Livedo reticularis is a symptom rather than a disease.  It can be signs of alternating dilated and constricted blood vessels as a reaction to temperature variations.  The added bruising is concerning and may indicate your livedo is being caused by  inflammation (vasculitis) or occlusion (thrombus) of your vessels.  In either case you need to see a dermatologist and/or rheumatologist asap.

: You'd remember an injury if it was severe enough to tear a muscle or inguinal ligament. It could be a less severe strained muscle. A spider bite would show more signs at the bite site. For now, rest your left leg. If not gradually improving, get examined&amp; advised by a physician.

Bruise: For the first 24 hours, i would ice the effected area to minimize the spread of the bruise. After 48 hours, heat may be applied to allow the blood to disperse about the body. The amount of time it takes to heal is highly variable from person to person.

Domestic violence or abuse.
Consult your doctor if you 
have unusually large or painful bruises.
