Incomprehensible: I am sorry you are feeling poorly but "I have so many problems" is so vague and ambiguous that there is little we can offer hereon the internet.  You have pain. The last place you will find help is from strangers on the internet. You must bring this to your family doctor.

Some times: there is a deep bruise and it takes awhile for the discoloration to show more superficially.

Could be hematoma: A bad bruise could lead to a collection of blood beneath the skin which would feel like a fluid collection.

Follow up to be sure: Trauma to the mid back and flank can result in kidney damage. However, injuries such as you describe usually result in muscle injury, even when no bruising is visible. See your doctor for an exam and ask for your urine to be checked for blood. If pain persists, worsens or blood appears in the urine, re-evaluation and further testing may be warrented.

Occipital Neuralgia: Sounds like you might have this.  I would consider icing the area and using anti-inflammatories to help.  If it does not resolve you might see your doctor for a occipital nerve block with steroid.

i felt pain on the left side of my chest it's inside and outside, it feels like there is a bruise, but no presence of edema or any bulkiness when palpating it. it just gives me uncomfortable feeling. the pain is not radiating in any parts of my body?

: Take 2 tablets of ibuprofen OTC (200 mg x 2) or acetaminophen (500 mg x 2) and observe. If pain goes away you are fine. If pain persists off and on til next day or/and other symptoms such as palpitation, shortness of breath, etc. you should see a doctor.

Numbness of area: in /on head noticed when touching it (I can assume we are talking about your scalp as you are not likely able to touch anything in your head without doing some major surgery), is usually due to altered sensibility due to trauma or infection. inflammation of the posterior auricular nerve or the occipital nerve in the back of your head can also do this without trauma or infection. More information ?

: Could be tenderness due to knee problem, especially if one knee more than another.  Try some over-the-counter analgesics as directed on the label.

?Skin?: Your symptoms are not typical of anything but local trauma.  For instance, if you do a lot of sit-ups or other activities in the face up/supine position, you can get bruises along your spinous processes (the tips of the vertebrae you can feel/see under the skin).  Otherwise, it could be a skin problem or a muscle problem, as both lie between skin ; the bones themselves.  See your pcp for and exam.
