Go see your DR and: Get checked for stress, anxiety, immunodeficiency, blood/ autoimmune condition etc. Eat lots of fruits and veggies, get enough rest and sleep, drink lots of water. Stop the Aspirin and nsaids cuz they may have caused your bruising .God bless u!

Many possibilities: There are several possibilities , including thyroid disease, but a good history, physical exam and lab work will be necessary to make that determination. Start with your primary who will most likely will be able to get to the diagnosis as well as oversee the treatment plan.

Sounds like you : Have a viral infection, such as mono or something similar. Please see your family doctor for appropriate exam, testing, and treatment. Best wishes.Stay away from any Aspirin or Motrin /alleve- like meds as they can worsen your bruising by thinning your blood clotting ability. Best wishes.

Yes: Probably not that unusual but not normal.  If your iron keeps dropping, that would indicate you are losing it somewhere, meaning bleeding.  So a source of blood loss should be investigated.  

Also, taking vitamin c with the iron supplement and taking the iron on an empty stomach helps it get absorbed better.  If your just can't build up with oral iron, you might need to get the iron intravenously.

Poor nutrition can also affect the liver where the various blood clotting factors are manufactured. A person with such a condition should seek medical attention. Eating disorders are deadly..!

Wt loss & bruising: Unexplained weight loss and unusual bruising can be due to a large variety of things, many of them serious. It is imperative that you see a physician right away so that they can evaluate you thoroughly. They will likely ask you to do a complete blood count (CBC) and clotting tests known as pt and ptt. Please don't dely in seeking help.
