hello. i have woken up with my back killing me, my breasts hurting and itching, and with my chest feeling bruised tto the touch.. what is wrong?

Doctor can evaluate: Sounds like several parts of the body have symptoms, but a primary care doctor needs to evaluate and hear the complete story. Back aches are common with muscle strains and ligament sprains, from various activities. Breasts don't have any muscle, so when they hurt, it can be due to hormonal changes or to trauma. Itching can be from allergic reactions, etc... There's a variety of symptoms here.

Abdominal pain: If your abdominal pain is severe then this is the priority. If it is painful to touch and if you have fever, nausea or vomiting then you should be evaluated in an ER now. The new lesion on the breast can be checked by your doctor.

Breast pain swelling: If no history of injury, may have infection in breast (mastitis). See pcp or gyn for evaluation & treatment. If not infection/inflammation, may need mammogram or ultrasound to check for mass.

Mammogram: Yearly mammogram recommended and make sure nothing serious with this bruising! Taking Asp can cause bruising anywhere in the body

Get tested!: Sore and tender breasts can be a sign of pregnancy, so if you're sexually active (even a month or more ago), be sure to get a pregnancy test to know for sure.

Tough Call: This is a difficult to thing to assess in this manner.  Any symptoms and signs involving the breast, even if it feels like it is just in the skin really needs to be evaluated in person.  I would start with your gyn doctor or pcp and go from there.  It could be just hormones, or an inflamed cyst or even early shingles.  However, you should be seen in person to get an accurate diagnosis.
