Nerve pain: nerves can get irritated, without  any antecedent event. It can be your belt, tight pants, sitting too long, the way you drive..usually nothing to worry about. singular pain is local in nature. try stretching and add magnesium to your supplements.. 250-500 mg

: Sorry to hear about your arthritis at such a very young age. You did not specify the type of exercise you are involved in. If you are a runner you could have a biomechanical in balance causing you to have a abnormal wear and tear on your knee joints. A podiatrist can help you with this type of problem using orthotics as well as strengthening and stretching which is also very important

Not sure all: are connected. Painful muscle spasms in the leg and parasthesias could be due to spinal cord problems. Recent memory problems could be related if you had a condition like MS that involved the spinal cord and brain. The thumb stiffness is difficult to comment on. Could be due to problem in the thumb or issue further upstream (brain, cord or nerve) A neurologist might be of further help.

Usually a nerve: Tingling or shocking sensations are usually due to a nerve compression.  Determining location and body position can help you doctor determine the most likely nerve.  Sometimes medical treatment is necessary, but often the solution is stretching, strengthening, and weight loss.  For example. Tingling in the front is often caused by "meralgia paresthetica" which occurs when a person is sitting.

Hamstring: The muscles that allow your heel to lift up and touch your buttock attach almost at the level of your belt.  That muscle if tight and inflammed with cause aching all the way down to the upper calf.

Jolt like pain : Sounds like these symptoms stem from a problem in the nervous system. This is not common in my experience from most back problems. I wonder if this is meralgia paresthetica-a pinched nerve where the lower abdomen meets the top of the thigh.  There are several other rare conditions that can be considered, like pelvic problems or some spinal conditions. See your doctor

Hard to say: It is difficult to say without being able to see  you in person.  A musculoskeletal etiology could certainly be the cause as could any organs in the stomach.  In certain cases, a hernia can present with the pain you describe.
