Abdomen: Needs evaluation.  Can be a multitude of things, from a hernia, to a mass, to constipation, etc.

Abd Bruise: This is a large area to just "appear" without any trauma. The pea size lump could be an accumulation of blood/bleeding. Not sure of your age. I would have a Health Care Professional take a look

Get checked...: Sound like could be some furuncles (which are small infections in skin). This could need antibiotics or draining (if large enough abscess). Get it checked.
