Bruising and peroids: Easy bruising of the skin can have many causes from meds, aging, sundamage and generally shouldn't be related to heavy menstrual flow unless there is a problem with blood coagulation.

2 nose bleeds in one week. one lasted 2 hours.  blood in stool on/off several months. heavy menstrual periods. bruising easily. is this serious?

Needs evaluation: Although all of the symptoms you mention can occur in healthy people, the fact that all are coming together raises concerns about possible illness, some of which could be serious. A visit to the doctor and a couple of simple blood tests can determine if you need to worry or not.

See a hematologist: It is unusual to only have easy bruising during your period.  If your periods are very heavy and depleting your blood reserves, you should see both your gynecologist and a hematologist (blood doctor.).

May be: You need to see a hematology doctor to check out your blood to see if you have a clotting factor disorder which you may or may not and you need to see your gyn for a workup, exam and ultrasound and additional hormone testing.

Could be but...: It is hard to say without a thorough history and exam, maybe some testing- blood, thyroid, etc.  Three months postpartum may seem like a life-time for you.  Your habits, nutrition, sleep patterns, hormones, stress may still be playing a major factor on  your immune system.  Get to a Dr. and be evaluate asap

Can be normal: It can be very normal to have some fairly strong cramps during early pregnancy, it is extremely common. There is the very small chance that it could indicate a problem with the pregnancy, and so you should see your ob/gyn for an exam and sonogram to ensure nothing is wrong and the baby is developing appropriately. If you have spotting, or heavier bleeding, call you doctor right away.

i took p2 twice this month before my menstrual cycle ,,,today am supposed to have my menses bt it seems to delay though have been having cramps pain since friday what could be the cause please and why has my period delayed?

See below: The hormonal changes due to Plan B or p2 could have delayed your period. If you miss your period by 4-5 days, do a home pregnancy test. If the result is negative repeat the test 4-5 days later unless you get a period by then. Use first morning urine and follow the instructions carefully. 
If you do not wish to be pregnant, use contraception all the time, every time.
