Premenstrual breast: tenderness. Avoid caffeine, chocolate, alcohol &amp; salt.  OTC meds containing diuretics, warm bath, heating pad, exercise &amp; acupuncture are excellent for PMS

Fibrocystic changes: You could have fibrocystic changes. This is the most common cause of breast pain.  It can be aggravated by caffeine, stress, menstrual cycle and hormonal supplements. If you are over 40, then you should have a mammogram and ultrasound.  Please get evaluated by a breast specialist.
This can be normal for some women.

Estrogen: The estrogen level increases during the cycle until just before your period when it falls, then starts increasing again as you start the next cycle.  By mid-cycle (the time frame that you note - 15 days before your period) your estrogen level is high enough to stimulate the breast tissue making the breasts tender.  For many women a vitamin E supplement will decrease or stop that tenderness.

Foot Swelling: Foot swelling could be from inadequate venous return, kidney issues, inactivity, and many other mechanical foot issues.  Definitely work on the kidney issues you have, and also spend time elevating your feet, doing hourly ankle circles, get OTC support hose, and if inactive, try to walk more. See a podiatrist, if the swelling and pain do not get better with this to see if you have an actual injury

CKD: Chronic GFR of  63 is CKD stage ii. Ct could be normal and does not rule out chronic kidney disease.

Possibly..: These can definitely be signs of pregnancy, especially if you are sexually active and not on birth control.  The best thing to start with would be an at home pregnancy test!
