Not normal.: Colon cleansing should not result in bleeding.  This needs to be investigated by your doctor.

Blood in semen: The blood in the semen itself I don't find to be concerning but with the rectal bleeding as well I have concerns about  your liver function.  If your liver  is damaged then your blood clotting ability can be impacted causing generalized bleeding.  The bottom line is that you should get checked out either by your pcp, gastroenterologist or hepatplogist.

????????????????????: We can be more helpful if/when you give more info like babies age.The newer diapers have a gel woven into the fabric that draws in moisture. Such coloration is often waste crystals of urine or a benign interaction of the urine with the diaper. It is good the doc looked, but I wouldn't loose sleep over it after s/he has.

D/C: Emergency contraception symptoms can include spotting or bleeding, changes in menstrual flow or your period may be late or early.  It can also lead to nausea, abdominal pain, breast tenderness, dizziness. Blood that is old can look brown.

Consult a physician.: I guess you mean impacted stools.Consult a physician. Often a warm mineral oil enema is used to soften and lubricate the stool. However, enemas alone are usually not enough to remove a large, hardened impaction.The mass may have to be broken up by hand. This is called manual removal.
A health care provider will need to insert one or two fingers into the rectum and slowly break up the mass.
