Cervix: Bleeding due to sexual activity is usually due to a cervical lesion or erosion. It would be prudent to see your doctor for an examination that can only be done in person. If you have not had it, get a PAP smear, if you are younger than 27, get HPV vaccine. 
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, low fat milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex.

HMMMM: Unless the finger was dirty and had some brown substance on it that changed your skin color, then fingering would not cause and changes.  Hormonal changes can cause skin color changes, just as the nipple (Areola) can change color throughout the periods and after pregnancy etc. , so maybe hormones that rose during the sexual pleasure of fingering may be the culprit.
