Need more info: How may days late are you? If it is more than  7days and you did the tests correctly, you are unlikely to be pregnant. If sooner than 7 days, re do the test about 10 days after missed period. Use first morning urine and follow the instructions for the test carefully.
If you do not wish to be pregnant, use contraception all the time, every time. You may consider implanted contraceptive, or IUD. 
Practice safe sex. 
Get HPV vaccine.

: This needs an exam by your Gyn and probably further testing for diagnosis. It may be caused by both or any of the conditions mentioned.

Unknown: Some bacteria tend to colonize the vagina specifically when there's a bit more blood/mucous there than usual. You may be on the verge of starting your period and so it's hard to say what's going on w/ your sx. Could you be pregnant? Absolutely. Get a test if you miss your period. Nothing is concerning here unless the discharge is foul smelling and causes pain.
