Pityriasis rosea?: Rashes are difficult to describe in words. A primary care doctor or a dermatologist can examine light brown spots to see what it might be. Sometimes rashes are related to viruses, allergies, medications, etc., but many times they are not. For odd rashes, skin biopsy may be done by a dermatologist. One should bring to the doctor a list of all medications used in the month before the rash appeared.

No: Ask your physician on your next annual physical. And get to the bottom of this chronic kidney disease business. Most of us in pathology think it is over diagnosed from lab work. Insist on a real diagnosis and explanation.

Will face eventually: These often take several years to fade. I hope your acne is being managed; especially when it is on the trunk, it usually requires systemic treatment.

Not treatable: Some of the spots are probably due to acne while others are probably solar lentigos. The acne marks fade after several months; the others are permanent. Watch your skin for signs of melanoma. If you still have acne, manage it. Use a sunscreen. Many of my students, make and female, have these spots; no one minds; they are relics of a vigorous youth.

Lots of options: The first thing you should do is get evaluated by a dermatologist to make sure these spots are not anything that needs to be worked up further. The dermatologist can then recommend a number of different prescription strength skin care products which help reduce the appearance of dark spots.

Brown spots: If those are freckles, they are normal, it's just your genetics. If it is something else, they need to be looked at to determine the cause thereof.

characterize cells: What you report is not definitive.  Is this a plasma cell-rich inflammatory process, or is it a multifocal plasma cell tumor? The pathologists can investigate the cells to determine if they are of mixed clonal origin (benign) or monoclonal (meaning all derived form a single parent, usually a sign of a cancer).  This can be done by evaluating the surface light chain expression.
