had intercourse the other day and it made some of my skin on shaft come off and hurts to touch, a part of my chin also touched the vagina and it made a brown spot why could this be?

Abrasion: If the injury occurred during intercourse, then it's likely a simple abrasion, which should heal normally.  It's unclear what the brown spot on your chin is from, though.  If you're having unprotected intercourse and have any concerns about sexually transmitted diseases, i highly recommend getting tested for stds - it just puts everyone's mind at rest.

i noticed two brown spots the size of a penny on my shoulder. no pain, no itching. it felt like the rest of my skin. it was not a bruise nor burn. it gradually got darker. today skin on those spots came off. it now burns and hurts. im very concerned.

I wouldn't be: This does not sound like something deadly or otherwise bad. It could be as simple as dripping some lemonade on those areas, which can produce such darkening &amp; skin loss. Use something of a lubricating lotion to keep the skin moist. If it becomes inflamed contact your doc.

Decreased pigment: Decreased pigment is common after superficial inflammation.  It can take over a year to fill in.  If it bothers you or is important to your job, you can cover it with makeup.

Neuralgia, perhaps: It sounds like something is affecting a superficial nerve that can be sensed as either a numbness, tenderness, or some similar sensation called paresthesias. It is a bit unusual, would need more history and a good physical exam, including basic neurologic exam, to assess and determine if more test needed. If symptoms persists for a month, would have it checked

Burn Treatment: Burns can be easily infected. One of the best treatment for burns is topical silvadene (silver sulfadiazine) cream which is prescription. You may want to see your doctor to make sure you do not need oral antibiotics because of an infection.
