Probably: Many women will experience a small amount of bleeding or spotting around the time of ovulation.  That is very common and quite normal.  It does not mean anything bad is occurring - it is thought to be related to a transient drop in the estrogen levels just before ovulation.

These two symptoms: are likely unrelated. You didn't provide your age, but a brown spot is typically a benign mole/nevus, a seborrheic keratosis (dried accumulated surface skin cells), etc. Your chest feeling heavy could be asthma, an infection, and if it more likely occurs with exercise, angina or heart trouble. Start with your primary care provider; she/he can likely sort both of these symptoms out pretty quickly.

i had sunburn and i peeled it off, and now it has turned brown more like of a dark spot, will it vanish soon?

Yes: Those type of brown spots are common after a sunburn. It is the skins natural reaction to the information that comes with the bird. It will most likely go away, and the best thing to do is protect it with High SPF sunscreen, which will also help prevent additional burns.

Food poisoning...: Usually food poisoning symptoms develop within the first couple of hours after ingestion. Based on what you are describing this should not affect you. If it was contaminated you should have symptoms by now. If that was the case plenty of fluids and rest most of the time helps. In cases where the people gets very sick then they should be seen.If no symptoms then there is nothing to worry about.

Decreased pigment: Decreased pigment is common after superficial inflammation.  It can take over a year to fill in.  If it bothers you or is important to your job, you can cover it with makeup.

Clitoris: Typically, it's your clitoris hiding under your clitoral hood or prepuce. However, i suspect you may be referring to a discharge or discoloration. You'll need to go see your family doc or gynecologist for diagnosis if you can't wipe it off. You might be referring to smegma or a cheesy material released by prepuce to lubricate clitoris.
