i have what i think is a very small chazilian on my eyelid just on the lash line,i also have a brown coloured line in the eye crease just above it.i have been using golden eye ointment and have been using salt water to wipe,could this cause colour?

NO: The color is not likely to be caused by either the salt water or the golden eye ointment. It is most likely to be from age-related melanin deposits.
For the chalazion, just use warm comnpresses, it will eventually go away on its own

Not related: Amblyopia, usually defined as poor vision in one eye without anatomical abnormality, would not likely be related to differences in eye color. The changes you describe could be from an iris nevus (like a "birthmark") or some other uncommon eye problems. Have a thorough eye examination by an ophthalmologist to sort it out.

Floaters: Floaters are normal, occur at a younger age in active people or with nearsightedness. It is caused by light hitting " debris" in the fluid inside the eye. You see the shadow cast onto the back of the eye. The more dense the particles the darker the shadow.  Clear circles can sometimes be actual blood cells as opposed to floaters.  Again, normal unless associated with flashes of light.
