Possible.: It's possible that this is normal, but only your doctor will know.  They know your history and can examine you.  Check with your doctor.

Not sure.: What you are describing sounds like some light spotting, and your OB would be able to give you reassurance if things are ok.  Sometimes sex can cause spotting, but you might not know the exact cause, and it might not be related to anything you are doing.  Straining can cause hemorrhoids and sometimes these can bleed.  Avoid straining, and talk to your doctor more about your concerns.

Yes: It may benefit from Monistat if itching but blood flow starts to increase to the vagina causing more discharge, congradulation's.

Yes: Yes, the active ingredient is paracetamol or acetaminophen (Tylenol here in the US).  You just need to follow the directions on the bottle/package.  It is safe for the entirety of the pregnancy.

Allergy/pregnancy: There are several medications for allergy that are reasonably safe such as cetirizine (Zyrtec), chlorpheniramine (Chlor-Trimeton), diphenhydramine (Benadryl), fexofenadine (Allegra), and loratadine (Claritin). It is good to always discuss with your doctor as well.

Ok: Yes, it's ok. Don't do anything that would force water into the vagina, such as some of the higher slides. Also don't get overheated in a hot tub/pool - this can be like having a fever and is not particularly good for your baby.

More than average: The average weight gain during pregnancy is 25 pounds. But of course, this is for women that start at an average weight. Your weight is low, but close to  'ideal' when based solely on your height. A 25-35 pound weight gain will be your goal. Unless your doctor has placed you on restriction or you have had recent vaginal bleeding/cramping/rupture of membranes, sex during pregnancy should be fine.

Miralax and Colace: Please try Miralax once daily. Use according to the package instructions. You may also try Colace 1-2 times daily in addition to what you are already doing. These are both available over the counter. If this is unsuccessful please discuss further with your OB provider.

5 weeks brown d/c: Would check HCG ( blood level) and follow up with ob may need ultrasound to check for ectopic vs. miscarriage, vs. intact pregnancy
