: You'll need to see a doctor in person to work this out. Given your stated age (11 yr), presumably you are not yet sexually active. If you are, these symptoms are highly suggestive of an STD, perhaps with pelvic inflammatory disease (PID). Do not delay getting care, especially if the pain is severe and/or you have fever. Pink discharge: The discharge could be related to ovulation.  You did not provide your age, and there may be other causes. After a period, there may be residual small amounts of blood which can be expressed by contractions of the womb after sex.  If this continues, see your healthcare provider who performed the hysteroscopy.

Maybe not, but...: Plan B can alter the menstrual bleeding for the cycle in which Plan B was taken, and sometimes the next cycle too. One should be sure to check a home pregnancy test about 3 weeks after sex, because Plan B works most of the time, but not all the time.

Menses irregular: There are many possibilities, most quite benign and not needing aggressive assessment. If you are severely bothered by this, go and be examined by a gynecologist, but it would be ok to wait and see if this clears up on its own. Good luck.

Mix of blood &amp; meds: If you had some blood left over in the vagina from your period and then you mixed in the Monistat cream then this would lead to a pink white creamy mixture of blood and monistat.

Late period.: Reasons for missed/late periods: low body weight, obesity, marked weight ^ or v, over-exercise, endurance athletics, breast-feeding, ^ stress, illness, eating disorders (bulimia or anorexia), anovulatory cycle (no egg released), travel, hormone irregularities, drug use, meds (i.e., birth control) or medical problems (i.e. PCOS). #1 reason is pregnancy.

If this is a recurring problem you should be evaluated. Infections ;  hormonal changes can cause spotting. If there is a concern for pregnancy then do  a home pregnancy test .
