Inhaler: Bronchitis in a non-smoker is almost always caused by a virus.  If you have wheezing then your doctor may prescribe an inhaler and possibly a steroid.  Otherwise, OTC meds to help with the symptoms and rest are the best treatments.

Mucinex (guaifenesin) DM: Mucinex (guaifenesin) dm has Guaifenesin that breaks up mucous and dextromethorphan that helps stop the cough.  Drink plenty of fluids and change your toothbrush.

Bronchitislaryngitis: As long as you do not have a high fever, you can go back to work. I hope you did not get prescribed an antibiotic because your conditions are caused by a virus. There's no need to wear a mask as long as you cover your mouth when you cough and , of couse, wash your hands when they are used).

what can i do?

i do have brochilators at home. scared to use them.

Quit smoking: Chronic bronchitis is a serious diagnosis and you are at great risk of permanent lung damage. 
Your health department may have assistance to help in quitting smoking.
Get HPV vaccine.

Inhaler: A beta 2 agonist via inhalation is usually the treatment. A general physician can provide this care. Cannot refer in Mombasa sorry.

i am currently taking chantix to stop smoking  and i'm also on steroids for bronchitis. are these two medications safe ?

Depends: Prednisone for short periods of time is safe. Chantix however is under scrutiny after a canadian study was published this summer showing a high risk of stroke and heart attack in patients taking the drug.  Like all medication the risk must be balanced by the benefit.  I have had a lot of patients have high success with chantix.

A long, long time: Smoke is toxic, meaning unsafe or really unsafe. The intentional habit of inhaling burning organic material, combined with various chemicals used in the growing and manufacturing of that material (regardless of whether it is tobacco, marijuana, or any other plant) is bad for the body. Just think about it. Who would intentionally start something burning and inhale the stuff over and over and over?
