Not necesarily: If it does, it would have anyway.Most middle ear infections build up of mucous and pus behind the ear drum.If it ruptures, it often does the first day in aggressive infections. If stable, it actually does not allow pressure effects of altitude to do anything.

Need more info: Usually with ear infections there is some pain.Bronchitis need to listen to lungs and get a history of the symptoms.Viral infections are usually getting better at 9-10 and usually not a fever later in the course usually just 3-4 days.If you have been sick for over a week and not getting better see someone.

Depends: Certainly if you are coughing a lot you can have muscle strain in your back and shoulder.  However these symptoms can also come from pneumonia. You should see your doctor, .

Bronchitis infections: Very often bronchitis and upper respiratory infections are viral in nature and therefore unresponsive to antibiotics. Generally these conditions improve after about five to 10 days but can last longer. Helpful in deciding when to return to the doctor is if you are worsening have new onset fever or other concerning symptoms.

prescribed 10 days of amoxicillin for bronchitis & ear infection. took 6 days got busy forgot to take been cpl days. should i take rest or be ok wout?

Finish the rest: Even at this point, finish the rest up. Bacteria cqn mutate and develop resistance if full course nor used. Even though your symmay be gone, rhose crafty little bacteria are trying to survive - if not this time, the next time. This can be thwarted by finishing the pills, even at this point. Don't let them have their way - finish those little buggers off!

Pulmonary or immun: Seeing a pulmonologist first would be reasonable, as those illness would usually be treated by a pulmonologist... An immunologist would be brought in if you were found to be deficient in one or more immune responses by your pulmonologist .... Pulmonary function tests, a chest x-ray, exam, history, and labs would be done at your first visit, and a bronchoscopy might follow.
