Depends: Big toe fractures generally require more restrictions  whereas simple fractures of the lesser toes can be treated with simple buddy taping to the adjacent toe. Some fractures of the big and lesser toes may require setting, surgery and/or prolonged immobilization based on the complexity of the fracture. Xray will define the fracture pattern and dictate the treatment. Get xrays and see your doc.

Maybe: Look between the toes. Is it red, peeling or otherwise inflamed? If so, you likely have athlete's foot. Judicious washing and drying, followed by an otc antifungal cream will resolve the issue. If there are no skin changes, you should be seen by your doctor or podiatrist. Neuropathy and other internal conditions can also cause itching.

Maybe not much!: Depending on the toe, pehaps not much for rehab.  If it is a 5th toe you would ususally not do much.  If it is a great toe or a middle toe, maybe!  this would depend on what the therapy was for.  Is it postoperative after wires or plates or screws?  Usually a broken toe is splinted and when healed, you are done.  There may be instances where restoration of motion would be more important & need pt.

Infection: or inflammation. You must be examined and treated. You may use Advil or Aleve (naproxen) if not allergic, for pain and swelling; however if this is an infected toe, you will need medical and possibly surgical therapy.
