No not normal: This is not normal. You are probally putting more pressure on the one foot than the other . This could be doe to your gait or you may have a limb length discrepancy where one leg is longer than the other. You may benefit from orthotics

Perhaps: Get some crutches and don't walk on the foot until seen by orthopedics . You can ice over a wrapped foot and see a doctor for pain medications if over the counter ones do not work. Good luck
