how is a broken eyebrow bone fixed?

Possible plate.: Small metal plates screwed in place are sometimes used to repair orbital bone fractures.  Not all need repaired.  Seek advice from an ophthalmologist, plastic surgeon or oral/facial surgeon.

Depends: If on both sides, could be a normal variant. If on 1 side or painful or associated with headaches, see MD to be sure is not a cyst, mass, tumor which is rare.

Lump on eyebrow: May be just a cyst. folliculitis, doubt ganglioma beacuse that occurs in areas of physical activity( wrists  fingers, toes) . F/u w/ dermatologist.

Atopy? Allergy?: Could be a sign of atopy or allergic reaction. Try using topical skin lotion and anti-inflammatory creme (such as Hydrocortisone 1%). If no improvement, see a dermatologist.

what do you suggest if i have a skin tag below my brow bone (just below my eyebrow but the procedure in removing a skin tag and does it hurt?

Numb, snip: In my practice, I treat skin tags by injecting numbing medicine (like Novacaine at the dentist) into the base of the tag with a tiny needle. This stings a little. Then I snip off the tag and lightly cauterize the base so it does not bleed. Neither the snipping nor the cauterizing hurts at all.

head hit into another persons head on eyebrow bone 4 days ago. dr said exam ok, just sore/headache- only symptoms. when should mild headache subside?

Headache: This mild headache could continue for a week or even longer but should gradually improve and not worsen. OTC Tylenol (acetaminophen) or Alleve can be helpful.

Sinusitis: Sinusitis would be the most likely cause. Try decongestant and saline irrigation of your nose. If it is getting worse or simple treatments don't help see your doctor.

Depends: How long you have it? Does it hurt? You should see an ophthalmologist to rule out infection or mass.

Diagnosis first: Pain on your right eyebrow may indicate sinusitis but you need to have a physician confirm the diagnosis of sinus inflammation before you ask what to try.  It is always a requirement in medicine to have a diagnosis confirmed before you ask for therapy.
