Not much...: At this time, there os no strong recommendation of any alternative medicine for bph...What has been available and has the most data thus far is saw-palmetto. This works for some people, not all. It is well known, quite safe...And has virtually no drug interaction with the commonly used medications today.

Pseudotumor cerebri: There is no obvious cause of pseudotumor which occurs from increased intracranial pressure. It does seem to be more prevalent in women who are obese,however. No one knows why some obese women develop it, but not all. Perhaps some obese women's brains can resorb increased intracranial fluid naturally.

Hypermobility: Joint hypermobility, possibly Ehlers-Danlos syndrome type III, and orthostatic hypotension are related.  Asthma, irritable bowel syndrome and anxiety are also about as common as hypermobility.  You cannot "fix" hypermobility but you can make your body more fit with small doses of aerobic exercise.  Muscle strengthening is also helpful in stabilizing loose joints and improving function.

COVID concerns: You can quarantine the full period or test.  In the meantime, rest, hydration, acetaminophen, decongestant, cough med &amp; nasal saline irrigation may help mild symptoms. Make sure to quarantine. Get emergency care for difficulty breathing, blue lips or face, significant &amp; persistent chest pain or new-onset of confusion.
