i take deep breath every minutes. i did many times reverse breathing because i had breathing problem after eating full 5 months ago. did i hurt lungs?

Breathing: I am not sure what you mean by reverse breathing. Taking deep breaths will not hurt your lungs. If you inhale toxins, smoke, exposed to fumes for a period of time then you could hurt your lungs. If you blow out deeply that also should not hurt your lungs.

See a GI DOC: You may need to rule out couple of condition especially motility disorder of esophagus, esophageal ring or other anatomical abnormalities of esophagus. Do you have any dyspepsia? dysphgia or other symptoms? The information you provided is not enough to make a definite diagnosis. You may need upper endoscopy or barium swallow evaluation. My suggestion you should seen a GI specialist soon.

Could be a problem: with chronic acid reflux into your esophagus causing some scarring at the distal end or actual narrowing of your esophagus (esophageal stricture) trapping food stuff from coming down smoothly.  The reaction of dizziness, with chest and back pain is called a vasovagal response and is caused by your esophagus spasming trying to get the food to go down.  You should see a gastroenterologist (GI) ASAP.

Throat pain : If you have throat pain with problems swallowing I would be concerned that you have an infection with an abscess. Please see a doctor ASAP. It can also be other things like an allergic reaction.

burnt throat from eating very hot gravy for dinner 2 nights ago. no breathing problems. it feels burnt at the top of my throat. can feel mucus in my throat when i swallow. 
do i need to have soft cold foods for a few days for my throat to heal?
