Lactation: You are likely seeing milk production. If you are having regular periods then it is not likely a significant finding. You can ask your doctor to check a Prolactin level if they confirm the finding of milk production - galactorrhea

Nipple Discharge: You can have discharge from your nipples if you are pregnant.  However, squeezing your nipples often to check can stimulate the nipple discharge as well.  Moreover, it can cause you to change how often or if you ovulate. If that was the only time you found the discharge, you can wait to see if it continues and check a pregnancy test as well. If it does continue, i would see your doctor.

Yes: If the radiologist did an ultrasound and it showed a simple cyst, i would not be worried.  If painful, it can easily be aspirated with minor discomfort.

Bloating: Bloating often indicates a gastrointestinal problem. If you were taking narcotic pain medications after surgery this could be one possible explanation. If the bloating does not resolve then consider seeing a GI specialist for an evaluation. Also consider starting birth control to prevent pregnancy until you are ready

Your symptoms are concerning and you should see a doctor right away. If your doctor can't see you, or if you have pain, spotting/bleeding, or light-headedness then go to the er.

No: It's wayyyyy too early. You'd only be a week conception, and rare to have any symptoms at that early. It's even too early for a pregnancy test. Clear discharge from the nipples can happen from time to time and is normal. If it's a lot, see your doctor for an evaluation. Be well.
