How much do you : value your heart &amp; your brain? Do you have long-term care insurance, a living will, a will &amp; life insurance? Very little pure MDMA exists any more. It's cut with  methylone, piperazine, methamphetamine, you name it. Mixing MDMA &amp; "whatev" with methylphenidate can dangerously increase your blood pressure &amp; heart rate,leading to heart attack &amp; stroke. Mixing alcohol with MPH is also dangerous.

Yes: It is dangerous to take either of these drugs. Either one can kill you. When you take both together you are taking a big risk. Mdma (ecstacy) is a stimulant that is neurotoxic and can affect cardiovascular system (heart attack , stroke) Methadone is a pure opioid that can stop your respiration or put you in a coma. Deaths from abuse/overdose of opioids is now on the rise. Please don't do it.

Mind Altering: Mind altering substances, when used together, lead to increased negative health consequences, overdose, and addiction. The serotonin swings can be more severe when you are already using a mind altering substance when you add mdma.  This may not be the smartest choice you have ever made if you have already done this. If you are going to use mdma do not use the xanax (alprazolam).
