The treatment is to stay hydrated and oral antibiotics directed at staph bacteria.  Also any 'break' in the skin can cause skin/breast infection (e.g. Piercing, trauma...).

Drainage is best done via repeated aspirations; if unsuccessful, surgical drainage (i and d) may be necessary.
