Usually not: If you do not have loss of consciousness, nausea, or vomiting.  If headache persists for more than a day, time to see a doctor for exam and ct scan.

Several things: You  may need iron status studies and thyroid function screening if not done already by your Primary Care Doctor.  If they are normal, biotin 5mg a day can help thicken hair and strengthen it over a few months and pantothenol in shampoos can thicken hair shafts about 10%. If the labs are abnormal, correcting the problem will usually help the hair within 3 months to reduce breakage and improve hair

Frey syndrome: Various causes, including diabetes and damaged parotid gland. Frequently no cause can be identified. Can try application of antiperspirant to scalp and forehead before important social eating. BOTOX injections work. Best strategy will go to a multispecialty clinic or medical school clinic where you can be seen by dermatology, ENT, neurology, endocrinology.

slipped on ice, landed on right elbow. xrays showed no big break. its bruised, swellings down. elbows very sensitive. hairline or just bruised bone?

Sounds like a bru --: Ised elbow, as the xrays were negative. Protect the elbow, for a 10-14 days and if its only a bruised, it'll get better. If not improving or getting worse, get a another xray as in some cases initial xray may not show a fx, which was present. So protecting it for 2 weeks and re-xraying it would be the way to go.

Rash: I would recommend you see a dermatologist. There are numerous reasons. Start with simple things like a change in lotions, creams , or shampoo that could be responsible.

Yes: it is caused by Staph. Aureus. Most people do not have this germ on their skin. It can cause boils/pimples with any break in the skin.
ON THE OTHER HAND, hairline and nose are places for acne rather than boils. And different germs are involved with that than in folliculitis. So, while folliculitis is contagious (as folliculitis or as boils) it is NOT contagious as acne and YOU probably don't have

No easy way: Your hairline is something you don't have much control over. If you don't like that yours is uneven, the best course of action is to wear a hairstyle that looks good with the hairline or covers it up. There are not any medications or other treatments that would change it.

Could be: Some women are prone to hair loss. Could be genetic but some other things could be ruled out. Sometimes a fungus can cause some hair loss. Dysfunctions of thyroid can also cause hair loss. Check with your physician for a full work up. Otherwise for treatment there is rogaine (minoxidil) and surgery but rule out other things first.

Maybe: All normally-masculinized men lose the hair on their temples around age 20. For many of us, especially if we're smooth-chested, that's all.
