Doctor correct: The protocol for gbs treatment for repeat cesarean is only if labor or ruptured membranes prior to cesarean.  You should get routine antibiotic prophylaxis before your surgery.  Many doctors use cephazolin, which happens to have great coverage for gbs.

Osteoporosis: You may have pain from osteoporosis but don't make that assumption. There are treatments that can improve your T score and reverse bone loss. You should discuss treatment options with your doctor, especially at such a young age.

If pill packs: are changed on schedule, the effectiveness is not diminished. Any pill even when taken properly has a 1 or 2 % failure rate.

Get checked for STD: The risks of using a condom pass the expiration date are the same risks as have unprotected sexual intercourse.  A condom passed the expiration date may or may not provide protection from sexually transmitted disease (STD).  Condoms do provide good protection for pregnancy.  Even prior to expiration date, condoms are only ~60% effective as birth control.  Get checked for STD.  Use more reliable BC

i took the contraceptive diane 35 for 5 yrs,i decided to take a 60 day break.will influence the risks of thrombosis and adverse reactions when i back?

Not likely: If you tolerated the medication for 5 years, taking a break will not put you at greater risk for thrombosis. 
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

Clarify: Break out in: acne? Rash? Or hives? Biotin is normally very well tolerated, but anyone can develop an allergy to any substance or drug.
