You might: Hot pressed oil contains insignificant amount of nut proteins. In nut allergy, you are allergic to the protein of that particular nut. You get reaction to the nut by eating it, not through the skin in general. If the body lotion that you want to use does not have the oil from the nut that you are allergic to, you should be fine. Great question: Most of the data on food allergy is dealing with milk, egg, and peanut.  There is less data on nut allergy.   While the risk of allergies is increased in children of allergic parents, this does not necessarily translate into passing down of nut allergy specifically.  A factor other than genetic factors that may increase the risk of nut allergy is having eczema (atopic dermatitis).
