There is some evidence which shows an increased risk of stroke with certain types of migraines.  Nonetheless, you should lower  your risks of stroke by NOT smoking, checking your blood pressure and lipids.

Benign brain tumors like meningioma may be treated surgically or by radiosurgery or a combination of above.

Malignant high grad primary brain tumors are typically treated by maximal safe resection followed by chemoradiation.

Metastatic brain tumors are treated surgically or by radiation, radiosurgery or a combination of above.

Gx cannot be graded, g1 well differentiated, g2 moderately differentiated, g3 poorly differentiated, g4 undifferentiated. Brain tumor: This depends upon the size and location of the tumor, as well as whether the tumor is benign or malignant (cancer).  A small benign tumor may exist for years and you may never know it is there.  Even a large benign tumor, that may grow very slowly over a period of years, may produce no symptoms even though it is the size of a golf ball or larger.

Size &  location: It depends on the location, the size, and the rate of growth. Recurring headaches which stay in one location are common but there are many other causes. New onset seizure, change in personality, partial loss of vision or symptoms of stroke are other typical presentations but none are specific.  Ct or MRI can rule in/out a brain tumor reliably.

But do remember that brain tumors are rare and there are much more common reasons for both these symptoms. If pressure is increased inside the skull then nausea, vomiting and drowsiness.
