Many possibilites: There are many possibilites.  It is possible that it is a version of headache, or a version of something psychological.  But it would be most helpful to you to consult with a neurologist to consider all possibilities.

Probably not: Although it's possible, what you describe doesn't cause alarm about brain tumors in my mind. Dull head pain and pressure where you describe is more likely something boring, like sinus congestion. When you say your eye is "foggy", do you mean you have trouble seeing? If yes, that is more concerning and you should see a doctor right away. Some eye problems can cause head pain and pressure.

If the headache goes away with paracetamol and there are no neural symptoms like confusion, weakness, numbness, double vision, the headache is worse in the afternoon, and no nausea and vomiting, you can relax. Make an appointment with your doctor for a neurological exam and ask if you may need other tests done.Sometimes sertralene can cause headaches.
