Pain in arm or neck: Not likely to get pain in the arm or neck from a brain tumor without having signs of brain stem dysfunction.  There are other conditions that need to be considered. Chiari malformation can produce tingling in neck and shoulders with headaches. You might have a couple of unrelated problems producing a confusing clinical picture. (separate neck and ear problem). A good examination might be in order.

i am a brain tumor survivor, had 5400 rad s in 1985.  just within last 2 month have experienced significant hearing loss.  is this to be expected?

Possibly: It depends on whether the inner ear was radiated to a dose higher than its tolerance (typically, starting above 45 gy or 4500 cgy.) you can ask your radiation oncologist to evaluate their radiation treatment plan to check. Audiologists can determine if the hearing loss is conductive (middle ear problem) or sensorineural (inner ear problem.).

what kind of brain tumor can cause loss of taste?

Actually lots can: One that comes to mind right away is something called a meningioma and one of these could settle into what is called the olfactory groove.  This will cause a loss of smell which then, distinctly can affect taste.  But why would you be worried about something as rare as Hen's teeth?  Loss of smell and taste due to brain tumors are almost so rare that some people actually get used to them.

Head pain: If a brain mri was normal eight months ago, that is somewhat reassuring. If you note a tender spot on the right side of your scalp, you may be dealing with neuralgia which is an irritability/mild inflammation of a superficial scalp nerve. I recommend that you consult a neurologist if symptoms don't resolve.

can a swollen optic disc lead to total loss of sight? does it mean that you have a brain tumor? is swollen optic disc same as papilledema? how do they differ if at all?  how is a swollen optic disc treated? do you have to  be hospitalized? how long?

Try to chill: Yes, anxiety frequently causes what you describe. It is very, very unlikely that these symptoms relate to a brain tumor. Seeking someone to talk to about your anxiety, perhaps even a professional, would seem to be a worthwhile first step.

Don't panic: The only way to know if its from a brain tumor is to look for one.  Talk to your doctor about your concern.  There are medical conditions that can lead to this symptom as well.

ive been getting headaches with memory loss for months now, nothing shows up on mri's or cat scans,is it possible for a brain tumor not show up on mri's, my aunt died of one so its in my family, my father had altzhimers, im 60, so why the memory loss?

: TIA (Transient Ischemic Attacks) can occur when a small clot blocks one of the arteries in the brain causing headaches and memory loss. It would not necessarily be picked up on a regular MRI or CT. Follow up with your Dr and discuss the option of having angiography done to determine if you need treatment for TIA's with blood thinners.

is depression and anxiety, impotence loss of sweat and fatigue, small loss of motor skills a sign of a brain tumor?

No: While it's impossible to guarantee anyone they are not developing such a thing, these do not point to it at all. You do need to see a Dr to have an eval. It's possible that most of this is stress and a cascade of physical effects of anxiety. It can do lots of bad things. Consider CT Tx to learn how to manage it - Best!
