No: None that have been scientifically proven
most of the herbs are marketed with anecdotal evidence, at best
even saw palmetto, which is commonly used for BPH was shown in a very large randomized, placebo-controlled study to be no better than placebo 
(but remember that placebo works ~30% in most studies).

See below: Some of the symptoms are frequency, hesitancy, ie unable to easily start passing urine, urgency, ie immediate urge to pass urine, nocturia ie having to go at night, and weak stream.

Depends: Usually BPH is treated with medications first.  These are alpha-blockers like flomax, or 5-aris like avodart (dutasteride).  If unsuccessful, then a procedure might be indicated (greenlight, turp, holep).  If very large, then suprapubic prostatectomy might be indicated.  See a urologist.

Enlargement: Simply put, BPH (benign prostatic hypertrophy) is enlargement of the prostate.  It is associated with aging and a very common finding in most men over 50.

: Pi rads is an MRI reading of the prostate to check for tumor and up tp 2 is considered OK. BPH (benign prostatic hypertrophy )is used for non-malignant enlargement of the prostate.

No: There are no data of which I am aware showing this causality.  You may be thinking of dht, which is the form of testosterone that is most active in prostate tissue.  The enzyme that converts testosterone to Dht is a target for some BPH medications like Finasteride and dutasteride.

BPH: Daily 5 mg Cialis has been approved for BPH in the usa.  It likely is as helpful as available Alpha blocker drugs but it is quite expensive and consequently, many insurance plans won't pay for it.

Yes: BPH will affect the flow of urine but does not block the flow of sperm. Sperm and ejaculate volume should not change.

Yes: Removing the entire prostate would be a permanent cure. It is only done for prostate cancer though because of the risk of leakage after the surgery and the risk on erectile dysfunction.

May be no: I know that there is a treatment for BPH but dont know about preventing bph, may be a urologist can advice better. Benign prostrate hypertrophy (BPH) is enlargement of prostate due to excess action of testesterone or male sex hormones, it is also mainly genetical as some people tend to have BPH and not others.
