No but...: There is no cure for it since we still have no definite idea on what is causing it.  A high-fiber diet, regular exercise, stress-reduction appear to work for some. Others may need medications.

Kidneys: Unlikely for two reasons.  The kidneys are covered in a tough capsule that would prevent them from swelling by very much.  The other thing is that the kidneys are actually not in the abdomen but rather behind it and so do not have contact with the intestines.

: If there is no air/fluid coming down from the small intestines such in the case of small bowel obstruction. I wonder what condition you had when this CT was done. Take care.

Just Bile: Green colored stools is usually caused by the bile that is released into the intestines from the gall bladder.  You should not have to worry.

More Info Please: YES but that diagnosis while very COMMON is a "diagnosis of EXCLUSION" Your symptoms if long lasting need a complete GI evaluation. See your Primary Care Provider to start.
