Bloody stools are not usually associated with gastroenteritis. According to the CDC, viral gastroenteritis usually has a duration of 1 to 10 days (depending on the specific virus). GASTROENTERITIS : Acute onset of symptoms is most consistent with gastroenteritis.  You need to rest , fast for 8-12 hrs then clear liquids as tolerated. You need full exam ,stool test and lab screen to rule out infection. Cipro (ciprofloxacin) may be given empirically. If symptoms persist abdominal US or CT to rule out appendicitis. If it is vital it will resolve in 24-72 hrs. If fever or pain worsens seek ER eval.

Stomach bug: try the BRAT diet.  You can eat banana rice applesauce toast.  See if you can hold down liquids first.  Advance slowly.  Sometimes it can last a while.  So long as liquids are ok then you'll avoid dehydration.  Over time if you do not feel any improvement then see your doctor.  The cough could be the flu so if you are having fevers then see your doctor early.  New treatment is antiviral medication

Flu: they can regulate in 1-2 weeks sometime.  may need some medicine to calm them down

Drink water: The most important thing is to get rehydrated.  One of the most under-appreciated causes of constipation is dehydration, which is common with the stomach flu.  Then, just eat balanced meals. If you still need help passing a bowel movement, try an over-the-counter stool softener or perhaps a glycerin suppository. If it's been 3 days or more, check with your doctor.

Abdominal pain and nausea are consistent with that, but there are other possibilities, such as gastroesophageal reflux, a food intolerance, or infection from a food. Stress can also cause these symptoms, as can other issues. Be sure to stay well hydrated, eat a bland diet for now, and contact your doctor if it continues.
