Colon Ca,,: If one gets fatgued, it could be from lack of nutritional intake and so there are less bowel movements with less excreted.  A big concern is if there is fatigue coupled with a change in bowel habits, movements, frequency, etc., which could mean colon cancer or some other cancer, like pancreatic cancer.  This would need immediate medical attention.

Lifestyle changes: Fatigue after a meal, means that that specific meal may have been too heavy. Heavy meals filled with fat and dairy can cause constipation. Try increasing intake of fiber filled vegetables, fruits and lean meats/fish with no heavy sauces. Try to limit portions sizes and eat more frequently instead of fewer but larger meals. Drink 3.5 liters of water daily.

Not sure...: At 22 years of age, with irregular periods and complaints of fatigue, bowel irregularity, and abdominal pain, the list of causes is pretty long.  You need to go into your ob/gyn as a starting point and evaluate this from a gyn perspective first.  You might need a GI workup as well.  Make sure that they test your thyroid.

Gastroenteritis: The most common reason is a viral gastroenteritis, or colitis. The diarrhea can cause the fatigue. Be sure you are drinking enough liquids to replace the fluids you are losing.

If your endometriosis symptoms are so bad that you have turned to meth, then you need to see your doctor to discuss this.
