Sensitive Feet: There are more nerve endings on the bottom of our feet than any other area of the body per square inch. That makes them very sensitive. But sensitivity, like any other tendency, is like a bell shaped curve where there is an average sensitivity and 95% of the rest of the people on either side (more sensitive and less sensitive). Feet first, then...: There are many possible causes of foot pain. It is best to get it evaluated by a physician- to help customize the treatment  if it is toward your heel, and worst when you first get out of bed, it may be plantar fasciitis.  Freeze a plastic water bottle and roll out the bottom of your feet for 10 minutes.  If not improving, get it looked at-you may need a stretch/ strengthening program.

Dermatologists can treat plantar warts by freezing with liquid nitrogen, applying a blistering medication to lift the wart off the surface of the skin, injections of medications that attract cells of the immune system and lasers to cut off blood supply to warts.

Few causes. : Most common causes are rheumatoid nodules and nodules related to thickening of the fascia.  However if you are talking about the numerous little globules  all over your feet that are seen with stretching of the skin and sometimes feel like bumps - those are normal but i'll be darned if i know what to call them.
