i am 36 year male, recently i did kft test and all my results were on borderline with uric acid 8.5 , is  it normal to have these borderline results o?

See below: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, uric acid level of 8.5 warrants evaluation by your doctor.
Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

Slightly low WBCs: I wonder he recently had a viral illness. Otherwise unremarkable.

???: I'm not sure what that means. I guess your blood work is inconclusive and the doc cannot make a definite diagnosis. Tell your doc to explain what he/she meant with that and more importantly what he/she wants to do about it.

Not clear: Usually when an ECG is read as borderline normal, it means that there are no significant findings however not entirely compatible with normal ECG criteria. In most cases, this would be nothing to worry about. Discuss with your doctor.

What smear: What smear are you referring to? Pap smear or just regular vaginal smear known as wet mount among doctors. If one was borderline, the next one was normal, i guess, you should not worry too much about it. Just have another one done.

Different tests: Cisternography  is used to determine if there is  normal pressure hydrocephalus. It looks at the flow of CSF fluid.

Pet scans are for looking at the brain cells and associated pathology.

Just follow it: Anything from having had an old kidney infection to taking ibuprofen to having some damage from hypertension can raise creatinine. If you're a fitness buff, you can run a bit high for a woman. Best to get a few baseline creatinines while you're still young. Best wishes.

25 yrs old. i'm obese. ekg came back borderline abnormal. insurance won't pay for stress test. what could be wrong with me? is borderline a bad result

The EKG computer: that interprets EKGs is slanted to reflect pathology rather than normal for litigatious reasons. At your age and sex, and even though you are obese, I would bet it is actually a NORMAL EKG. This is why the insurance company won't pay. Odds are strongly against your having anything it would show other than normal. The doctor should interpret the EKG for you and not leave it up to the computer.

Lymph nodes checked: Not sure if you are feeling a Lymph node at the right rib but should be checked. Could be  cyst, or lipoma. Prorbably to related to Bilirubin

It depends.: This depends on why you had this test in the first place.  If you had symptoms like bloating and cramps and such, you might have delayed emptying and a borderline result can mean it is slower than normal, but not too slow.  If you have the dumping syndrome, it can mean that it is faster than normal, but not fast enough to be diagnostic of this.  So it depends on your condition and what is checked.
