Bone scan: Watchful waiting  may be in order, but if lesion is growing a bone scan may be in order followed by a biopsy for diagnosis.

Benign: Most chest bumps in that location are usually some type of congenital cyst or a ganglion. If there is a history of trauma or a broken bone it could also be a callus from healing fracture.

Yes: You will need to know the reason for this enlargement x-ray will be the first step and if necessary ct scan or even MRI scan. Once the diagnisis is established surgery can corect the problem.

Sharp pain during: sleep would unlikely be linked solely to a bone bump. One must asses the soft tissue structures near that region as well as the joints close to that region, and the ligments that hold the clavicle , the coracoid and the acromion in reaaltionship to each other.  , as a start. The bone bump may ne a so called red herring, a finding that is not realted to the real issue or can indirectly linked.

Healing of the bone: A large bump over the fracture site may develop as the fracture heals. This usually gets smaller over time, but a small bump may remain permanently.

Not calcium: Xrays really only look at osseous (=bony / calcium containing) structures. So what you see & feel is likely swelling in the soft tissues--bruising, tendon or muscle tear damage, local inflammation, etc. If persists and need to know more, MRI better visualizes the soft tissues. Sometimes needle aspiration done. Discuss w/your dr to make plan for next action.
