when i open my mouth really wide, one side of my face is bigger than the other. it looks like a bone popping out? is this normal? i'm in no pain?

Mandibular anatomy: When you open wide the condylar head and coronoid process protrude. If there is dissimilarity, the cause may be muscular,  skeletal, or even a cyst/abscess. Your dentist can take a relatively simple x-ray (panoramic, or cb-ct scan if needed) to help you determine whether your complaint is a variation of normal or a problem that can cause future concerns.

Arthritis: If you did not have an injury it may be arthritis or some other type of arthropathy such as gout.  You should see a physician and have an x-ray and exam to get a clear diagnosis.

TMJ dysfunction: Most likely this is a temperomandibular joint disorder and the feeling or popping out of place is often related to dysfunction of the disc within the tm joint. See a dentist who works with TMJ dysfunction, or discuss options with your primary.

Wrist: Wrist problem could be related to a carpal bone laxity in a ligament or a problem with your synovium. You should be evaluated by an orthopedist.

Upping the odds....: It sounds as though, regardless as to how bad the ankle sprain was on May 2nd, your ankle's condition has just gotten worse. Start treating it as though is was a completely new injury. Say off of it and contact your doctor immediately. If the pain is unbearable, you will need to go to either the emergency room or a nearby urgent care.

Yes: Seizures can be brought on by electrical activity in the brain but also by stress.  When seizures are brought on by stress, they are called psychogenic non epileptic seizures.  Be sure to get a diagnosis because new onset seizures should always be worked up, especially in someone with recent surgery.  Infections from jaw surgery can spread to the brain.

Crack back: If done as habit, not under supervision such as physical therapy, or if have back problems, not advised.
