my mom has chronic bone pain in back, arm, chest, shoulders, neck, ribs, knees, hands. blood test = calcium deficiency. worried about it being cancer metastasis. but if she had cancer that metastasized, surely it would have shown up in blood test?

: Cancer may, may not (probably not) show up in “blood tests.”  If low calcium, may be due to endocrine (Parathyroid) problem or malnutrition. Needs to see an Endocrinologist.

Ulnar neuropathy: can cause pain and parasthesias from the elbow to the 4th and 5th digits as well as loss of muscle mass in the intrinsic hand muscles. This makes one more susceptible to pain in the hand (loss of protective muscle between bone and nerve.  Have your ulnar nerve checked (EMG-NCS0. If there is a problem (slowing of motor conduction) across the olecranon groove get imaging study of the elbow.

See below: Primary cancer of the spine is uncommon and could be one of many things, e.g., bone cancer, tumor of spinal cord, tumor of the meninges, blood vessel tumor etc. Metastatic tumors to the vertebrae are far more common. It would require a detailed history, physical examination, imaging studies and blood tests to make a diagnosis. It would be prudent to see your doctor.

AC joint: Sounds like your acromioclavicular joint. There are exercises you can do for this online. Icing helps. Avoid over-the-shoulder exercises.

18 mos ago heard tear on arm below elbow. couldn't move or use for many weeks. 2 shots later still have bad elbow bone pain. could it need surgery?

Elbow pain. : I don’t see what diagnosis is being treated, but based on what you described it does seem that your treatment regimen needs escalation. Have you had an MRI?  Depending on what’s going on, surgery may be a possibility.

Funny bone: Commonly low grade trauma to ulnar nerve as it passes through elbow. Concern it doesn't generally go to chest may want to be evaluated by your physician.
