Surgery is indicated if there is evidence of cord compression to prevent worsening.

NOT SAME THING: However, both are results of acquired wear and tear.  The endplate spurring can be looked at like arthritis, the disc protrusion is indicative of a tear in the basket surrounding the disc, which results in contact with spinal cord.  This is not yet a "surgical" issue, and rather, is potentially managed by conservative approaches, especially physical therapy.  Do NOT see chiropractor!!!

Hard to say!: Do you have scoliosis of the upper back that exaggerates the curve of the neck forward?  So head tilts farther back?  Do others in your family have the same problem?  Get checked in see if you have some curvature of the spine.

None: First of all, what IS your bone problem? Why do you think you have a bone problem? What do you mean by "spinal cord bone"? There's no such term in anatomy or medicine. Second, homeopathy is worthless. It's not based on any scientific knowledge or facts whatsoever. It was invented over 200 years ago. It was based on mistaken and hopelessly uninformed notions back then and nothing has changed.

Tendonitis or Neck: In young people shoulder pain is often due to tendinitis or inflammation of the muscles that move the shoulder, i.e. the rotator cuff.Rest, ice, avoiding heavy lifting and Physical therapy are recommended.If necessary anti-inflammatory medication can be used as needed for short term pain relief.Likewise, occasionally this pain is due to a spasm in the neck or a pinched nerve. Get a MD evaluation.

Cervical disc : The MRI findings while not normal do not imply there is actually anything clinically wrong. These findings can be found in a person without symptoms . You should speak to your doctor about how your examination relates to your MRI findings.

Not necessarily: Is the patient yourself, another adult, or a newborn infant?  I just answered the other question...now I see that you ARE referring to a fusion between C2 and C3 which sounds to be congenital for some reason.  It does not AUTOMATICALLY that anything is being pinched although there certainly is a chance that's the case. an EMG and nerve conduction study may help decide that question.
